After a successful career of 11 years in the Royal Marines, Tim took on a new challenge in 2002 undertook a Graphic Design degree at the University of Brighton. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design, Tim teamed up with leading design agencies in London and Brighton such as The Partners, Crush Design and Matt Wingfield Studio. During this time he worked on major projects for clients including BBC Radio, Nokia, Vodafone, Hodder & Stoughton, Penguin Books, Continuum Books, Gap and Diesel.

With more than 10 years’ experience in the creative industry, Simon has a wealth of experience in the fields of graphic design, branding and identity. He has worked on international promo and retail campaigns for The Body Shop; brand activation, at Leo Burnett, for clients such as Procter & Gamble, Kraft, and Philip Morris, and led the creative process at Pegasus on branding and identity projects, exhibition/event design and printed matter for pharma multi-nationals, including Novo Nordisk, MSD and CSL Behring. Most recently, he has worked on digital/UX assignments for clients such as Unilever and Vosene.
