Brand identity

Crucial Group has been established by former Royal Marine Neil Williams pursuing to launch his own business and help former service personal in new digital career paths after service.

With the mission statement set and Crucial were eager to become the new leader in digital recruitment. A new identity was required for this business. We were approached to design and develop the Crucial identity across the group, creating the visual identity, sector difference and website, with the management of brand assets, that were then passed over to the in house team.

As a new business, The Crucial Groups main goal was to reach out to their customers via the digital space of a website and social media, attracting service leavers and placing them in relevant recruitment roles.
