IBC Fitness – Intelligent Body Choice is run by Charlie Manns and provides tailor-made physical and nutritional programmes.

IBC Fitness provides physical training programmes that delivers results. Through agreed goals and Charlie’s expertise and experience, IBC Fitness will ensure that you reach and potentially exceed your expectations. IBC Fitness creates 121 training programs that are specifically designed for you and tailored to the results you want and need.

The first phase was to establish the identity for IBC (Intelligent Body Choice) Fitness. Initial discussions were built upon understanding how to make the brand look different from many other personal trainers from Charlie’s research. Early concepts were established from looking at the phylogenetic tree, which is a diagram explaining the evolution of the fittest. Creating the foundations of a finer, classical identity, the monogram and wings were shaped and developed. These elements can work as one or individually to set the tone across the specific media.

Developing and building the new content with Charlie for his website then expanded. Charlie wanted a clean and functional website that would allow him to post content directly to his homepage and provide his users with inspirational facts about fitness and nutrition, leading into his services and qualifications.

The branding has been applied across print and digital assets.
